Ninzaburo Shiratori

As a kid, Shiratori was all about the law, memorizing statutes like a champ and dreaming of being a lawyer. His life took a twist when he saw a girl bravely facing off against some thieves at a bookstore. When they tried to hurt her, he jumped in and rattled off the laws against theft, which freaked the crooks out and got them to bolt. Grateful, the girl bought him a drink and crafted a sakura petal out of a straw wrapper, praising him for his courage. This moment inspired Shiratori to become a cop instead and sparked his first crush. Fast forward, and he’s part of the Tokyo Metropolitan Police, often partnering with the legend, Inspector Megure.
