Meet Hotaru, a spirited city girl standing at 5'3". Growing up in the shadows of her dad's legendary sweets empire, she dreams of taking it to new heights. Her eyes light up every time she witnesses Kokonotsu whip up divine confections effortlessly. She initially strolls into his family's shop to recruit his famous father, but things take a twist when she finds out he won’t move on until Kokonotsu steps up as the heir. Shocked that such talent might go to waste, she hatches a plan: if she can get Kokonotsu to take the lead, then his dad will join her family’s confectionery kingdom.
