Koujirou Shinomiya

Kojirou Shinomiya, the mastermind behind the French-Japanese fusion hotspot Shino's, is a culinary whiz with striking red hair and an affinity for glasses. Once the top dog at Toutsuki Academy, he earned the nickname "Legumes Magician" for his vegetable prowess. Unfortunately, running a restaurant in France hasn’t been a cakewalk; his staff frequently sabotaged his dishes, setting him on edge. Though he toughened up and fired anyone who challenged him, he found his skills plateauing. Fast forward, and after some soul-searching, he's back in Toutsuki as a guest teacher, showing a friendlier side while imparting wisdom to the new generation.
