Masaru Aoki

Aoki was your classic punk kid, rocking a rebellious vibe from a young age through high school. Everything changed when he squared off against Takamura Mamoru, a middleweight with a couple of wins under his belt, and got thoroughly knocked down. Instead of sulking, he and his buddy Kimura Tetsuya ditched school to chase their boxing dreams at Kamogawa gym. What started as a mission to land a hit on Takamura turned into a love for the sport. Now, Aoki's known for his quirky moves like the Frog Punch and Look-Away. He’s currently locked in a fierce rivalry with Philippine lightweight champ Papaya Dachiu, having drawn their last two matches.
