Wang Chan, originally the mysterious "Oriental Man," is quite the character. This guy ran a quirky little curiosity shop on Ogre Street, always looking to make a quick buck—so much so that he sold a deadly poison to Dio Brando without batting an eye. Once he turned into a vampire, his loyalty to Dio went through the roof. He’s all about fanciful fortune-telling and casually dropping hints about luck while hunting for treasures at the Joestar mansion.
