Sawako Kuronuma
Sawako is a 5'2" high school girl who's as shy as she is sweet. Always looking for friends, her striking resemblance to Sadako from _The Ring_ makes things a bit tricky. She's super literal and tends to overthink everything, which doesn’t help the rumors swirling around her—most of her classmates even call her Sadako! Luckily, with the help of her buddies Kazehaya, Yano, and Yoshida, she’s starting to break out of her shell. When Kazehaya seems to confess his feelings, she thinks he’s just being nice, but after some clarity, they start dating, leaving everyone buzzing with gossip about her supposed black magic skills! Now, she's on a new journey studying to be a Japanese language teacher with her former rival, Ume, by her side.
