Meet the seasoned Inspector who's all about keeping Unit 1 in check. He’s been in the game long enough to know the score, and he coordinates the Enforcers like a pro. An old buddy of Shinya’s, he’s got a fierce vendetta against anyone with a high Crime Coefficient, stemming from a tragic past where he couldn't save his partner from going down the dark path. He prefers to keep things straightforward, often urging Akane to maintain some distance from her Enforcer crew. As it happens, he has a bit of a grudge against Masaoka, but that's a mystery for another day. Oh, and plot twist: he’s Masaoka Tomomi's son, and after a tricky incident, he found himself crossing over to become an Enforcer too. Talk about family legacy!
