When his superior got unfairly framed for resisting the Prime Minister's shady schemes, Bulat realized the Empire was all about greed rather than hard work. Disgusted, he ditched them for the Revolutionaries and joined the badass squad, Night Raid. His weapon? The Demon Armor: Incursio, which could transform from a sleek short sword with a cool chain tassel into a badass full-body suit of armor. Sadly, he met his end in a fierce battle but handed the Incursio over to Tatsumi before going down.
