Decem Hougan was the last king of the Elf Country, and he was basically a walking ego trip. This guy was all about himself, living it up in a world of luxury while his kingdom crumbled around him. He didn’t care one bit about his people; instead, he spent his days chasing after pleasure and partying hard, completely out of touch with reality. His arrogance knew no bounds, even leading him to kidnap a powerful woman from the Theocracy, setting off a wild chain of events that triggered a long and brutal war. Talk about a royal mess!
