Hatsune Otonashi

Hatsune's been stuck in her bed for two years, battling a mysterious illness. Her brother, Otonashi (Yuzuru), is always there, bringing her manga to brighten her days and keeping her company. While he barely scrapes by with his part-time jobs, he always manages to snag the latest comics, which makes her beam with joy. She’s a bookworm at heart and misses hanging out with friends since being cooped up. One day, with her last wish to breathe fresh air and see the hospital decorations, she cuddled up to Yuzuru, leaving this world in his embrace, full of gratitude and love.
