Meet Feitan, the enigmatic guy from the Phantom Troupe who embodies that classic bandit vibe. Dressed in all black with that signature skull scarf hiding his mouth, he’s got this air of mystery that’s tough to shake. He’s not much of a chatterbox, but when he does speak, it’s like he leaves you hanging with a word or two missing. Though Japanese isn't his first language, he’s pretty slick with Chinese. This elusive character is one of the originals from Meteor City, adding a unique flair to the already quirky crew. Definitely not someone you want to cross!
