Meisai Tsuruga
Meisai wields the legendary deviant sword Tsurugi, which is unique because it’s split into a thousand individual blades. Tsuruga Meisai is actually the name of the last priestess of her shrine, but she’s forgotten her real name. After her father—a kendo master—was brutally killed alongside his followers, she led a gang of bandits. When she discovered the wounded shrine maidens there, she took out all 43 bandits and brought Tsurugi to help heal them, unintentionally ending the previous priestess’s life. With a name that means "camouflage," her stealthy fighting style, Sentouryuu, leaves opponents bewildered and trapped. Tragically, pure intentions don’t always guarantee a happy ending.
