Kojiin no Shujin

Meet the slightly tipsy middle-aged guy who runs the orphanage where Loid Forger adopts Anya. He’s not exactly winning any awards for Best Caregiver—his place is a bit of a mess, much like his attitude towards the kids. When Loid shows interest in adopting, he couldn’t care less about his background; instead, he’s just focused on finding someone who can read. He’s not a fan of Anya either, calling her a “creepy little brat” and even jokingly offering her up like she’s a lost puppy. It’s safe to say he’s not winning any “Father of the Year” awards anytime soon!
