Kureha Shinogi

Meet the older brother of Shinogi—a self-proclaimed body perfectionist who's all about that narcissistic grind. He's not just flexing muscles though; he’s a surgical whiz who can pull off complex surgeries in record time, even without an official license. But don't let that genius facade fool you—he faces off against Baki Hanma and gets wrecked, only to be hilariously rescued by one of his past victims during a post-fight blood transfusion. He battles Shinogi in the tournament, utterly dominating but ultimately chooses to let his brother advance. Despite losing his eyesight mid-fight, he’s quick with a surgical fix and takes on the role of tournament medic—trying, and failing, to keep Jack Hammer away from steroids while later helping him find a clean way to bulk up. What a ride!
