Yamato Ishida

Yamato, or Matt as some call him, is a standout character from the Digimon Adventure series. He’s the cool, collected older brother of Takeru and has a special bond with Gabumon, his Digimon partner. Initially a bit of a loner, Matt is thoughtful and always weighs his options before diving in. He’s the kind of friend who’d do anything to protect his crew, but often battles with self-doubt, feeling like his worth relies on being there for others. As a teen, he’s more chill but still fiercely defensive of his pals, especially when they’re in hot water. Plus, he’s got a great singing voice!
