Kogorou Mouri

Kogoro's a laid-back private eye who'd rather kick back and relax in his office, unless a stunning client walks through the door. He’s got quite the past, having gone to Teitan High with his daughter Ran and her friend Shinichi, plus a few other notable faces. After college, he tried his hand at being a cop but wasn’t exactly the best investigator—though he could shoot like a sharpshooter. Things got messy with his wife Eri, and now they're kind of split but still hanging on. Despite his grumpy facade, Kogoro has a soft spot for her, especially when it comes to other pretty women! With his new partner, Conan, hilariously swooping in to solve cases while Kogoro snoozes away, he unwittingly becomes the famous “Sleeping Kogoro” that people know and love.
