Minako Okukawa

Minako Okukawa is a vibrant former ballerina who now leads a ballet studio in Hasetsu, where she teaches none other than Yuuri Katsuki. Bursting with energy, she often strikes spontaneous ballet poses when excited. Though she preaches discipline and manners, her love for a good drink makes her a bit loud and brash at times. With youth numbers dwindling in Hasetsu, she’s determined to keep Yuuri motivated on his skating journey. A huge fan of figure skating, Minako isn’t shy about cheering for her favorites, especially getting a bit goofy when she’s around the charming Victor or her crush, Christophe Giacometti.
