Souichi Kiruma

Kiruma Souichi is the quirky Royal Leader of Kakerou in Usogui. He’s got this wild belief that he’s winning games by "God's will” or “destiny," but his mood swings can be all over the place. Picture a guy who often acts like a kid, cracking jokes and ignoring orders like it’s no big deal. Underneath his carefree exterior, he’s feeling the heat of his responsibilities and strives for perfection. To cope, he’s concocted a strange way to forget his blunders, requiring his attendants to help him piecemeal memories back together. Oh, and when he’s not in the royal spotlight, he’s Hachina Naoki, a key figure in the Cabinet Intelligence and Research Office and also involved in the creation of the ACIA. What a character!
