He's super close with his brothers, Kechizu and Eso, and is fiercely protective of them. Things took a wild turn when Chousou faced off against Itadori—he got a shocking vision that made him realize Sukuna's vessel was actually one of his younger brothers! This revelation sent him into a rage against Mahito and the other cursed spirits for using him.
