Hokusai Azuma

Hokusai Azuma, or as everyone calls him, The Professor, is the mastermind behind the chaos in the city, letting those bizarre glowing fish swim freely. He’s Kyoutarou's adoptive dad and Minami's father, bringing a twist of family drama into the mix. In the first part of the series, he played the big bad, cooking up trouble left and right. With his wild ESP abilities, he can conjure up all sorts of illusions, making it hard to tell what’s real and what’s just his clever tricks. He’s a complex character, blending fatherly love with a dark, twisted ambition.
