Kamui, a notable guy from the Yato Tribe, is the son of the legendary Umibouzu and the older bro of Kagura. Armed with killer fighting skills, he used to be the head honcho of the 7th Division in Harusame's Thunder Guns, ruling the battlefield like a pro. After picking a different path and ditching the Harusame crew, he’s all about pushing the Yato spirit. He thinks fighting is life, even if that means being tough on his own crew. Once, he even attempted that wild Yato tradition of offing parents to show strength—got as far as just lopping off his dad's arm. Kamui respects his foes, sending them off with a grin and has a soft spot for kids and women, wary of the potential strength they might bring into the world. Growing up, he took on chores and looked after baby Kagura when their mom got sick, doing his best to shield his family while their dad was off chasing cures.
