Rohan Kishibe

Rohan’s a quirky mangaka who initially comes off as a bit of a villain when Koichi and Toshizaku swing by his house hoping for an autograph. Things get wild when Rohan uses his power, Heaven's Door, to immobilize them after they try to sneak a peek at his latest manga. He reads Koichi's memories, snagging details about Josuke and the gang, all through Koichi’s perspective. This quirky artist then decides to turn them into manga characters! Later, in the Jojolands universe, he’s a wealthy dude living it up in a Hawaiian villa, squaring off against Jodio and his crew while guarding a coveted diamond and some lava rocks. Talk about an eccentric life!
