Standing at about 5'10”, he’s a real piece of work—obsessed with the idea of wiping out Quirks, which he sees as a sickness plaguing humanity. With a serious phobia of germs, he believes that quirky powers have turned people into "heroes" and "villains" who are simply sick. His Quirk lets him break down matter and put it back together however he wants—be it for healing or harm. With a relentless drive to erase Quirks, Kai's in it to reclaim yakuza supremacy, one disassembly at a time.
