Chisa Kotegawa

Chisa Kotegawa, Iori's cousin, is a first-year mechanical engineering student at Izu University. Unlike most of her peers, she’s more on the serious side, preferring to avoid the wild antics that often define college life. Chisa can't stand raucous behavior and often finds herself throwing glaring looks at anyone who steps out of line—especially Iori. While she usually hangs back and observes, diving is her passion, and she can’t resist exploring all the cool diving gear out there. With only two other girls in her class, she’s a bit of a standout, drawing plenty of attention from her male classmates. Oh, and fun fact: she and Iori aren’t actually related by blood!
