Meet Mutsu, the powerhouse standing at about 5'2". She's the de facto boss of the Kaientai merchant fleet, even though her official title is just 2nd in Command. Why? Well, her somewhat clueless leader, Sakamoto Tatsuma, has a knack for vanishing without a trace. In fact, Mutsu got so tired of his disappearing acts that she rigged a homing device in his pistol! Now, every time he fires it up, she knows exactly where he is. She's a resourceful firecracker, keeping the operation running smoothly while making sure her scatterbrained leader doesn’t get too lost at sea.
