Yukinari Kuroda

Meet Kuroda, a third-year student at Hakone Academy and the laid-back vice-captain of the bicycle club. He used to think pretty highly of himself, thanks to his knack for sports, until a rivalry with Arakita knocked him down a peg. After losing a race, he learned the importance of teamwork and respect, earning him the vice-captain title. Kuroda's a skilled climber admired by his teammate Izumida, who notes his tactical growth—he even holds back during climbs to benefit the team.
