Playing Sister

In the far-off future, past the high-tech cityscapes, there’s a quaint little place called Kagami Village, nestled in the mountains. It’s got its fair share of quirky folklore, like the warning that if you misbehave, a mysterious Double might come for you. Meet Akane Higure, a middle schooler counting down the days for her big sister, Sui, to finally come back home after a year in the hospital. But just when the family reunions seem perfect, Akane gets a creepy phone call that leaves her uneasy: “The girl at home with you… isn’t really your sister.” Uh-oh!
