Satoshi and his trusty buddy Pikachu have landed in the fabulous Lumiose City, ready to capture more Pokémon and chase their dream of becoming the best. They soon meet Citron, a brilliant inventor, and his sister Eureka, and Satoshi can't resist challenging them to a battle. But things get wild when Team Rocket shows up, sending a Gaburias on a rampage through the city! Meanwhile, in the peaceful Vaniville Town, Serena is grinding through boring Sihorn riding lessons from her racing mom. When she spots Satoshi on TV, memories bubble up, sparking her desire to reunite with him. Thus begins their adventure through Kalos, battling gym leaders, forming bonds, and uncovering the mysteries of mega evolution while fending off Team Rocket's antics!
